Using a 20 watt long-lasting halogen bulb and a special filter system, the Bright Spot housing is virtually heat-free. Plus, the Bright Spot is superior to fiber optic units in durable operation, large 5-9" spot size, long 3000 hour bulb life, extraordinary 3-year warranty and very economical cost of complete unit and replacement bulbs. Both a 24" sag-resistant sturdy gooseneck floor and "K-Arm" wall mount models are available; each model includes a heavy-duty gooseneck with internal wiring (that won't break, unlike fiber optic cables). The floor model's telescoping upright and compact caster base provide exceptional flexibility and reliability. If space constraints or other criteria dictate a wall mount version, the best choice is the 45" K-Arm Bright Spot.
