TCCVS1 | TURBOCARE® VACUUM. The vacuum's quiet operation eases patient fears through
reduction of noise. However, it is powerful enough to pick up even fine
particles. M-PACT vacuums are the only vacuums that incorporate a unique filter
cartridge thus creating a safer environment. Once the dust enters the filter it
is trapped. Other vacuums use paper bags that are messy to clean. It doesn’t
make sense to vacuum the dust when removing the cast and then spill it all over
the office. This will not happen with the M-PACT cartridge system. The remote
on/off switch gives the ability to use the vacuum alone or with the saw. M-PACT CAST CUTTING BLADES Plaster blade is made from hardened stainless steel. Teflon® coated blades reduce friction to improve cutting performance in fiberglass. Dicronite® coated blades use a lubricant that improves cutting performance in plaster or fiberglass. Titanium Nitride blade uses a ”gold” coating for cutting fiberglass or plaster. Two Section blades, one with pine drive and one with arbor fitting, made of hardened stainless steel for cutting cast windows or bone specimens.
