PS-8 Digital Portion Control Scale

PS-8 is the lightest of Detecto digital portion control scales., weighing in at just over two pounds (but measuring weights up to eight pounds). This scale is well-suited to food service applications where recipes were written in pounds and ounces. Its brilliant red LED display also reads in pounds and ounces (not fractional pounds that have to be converted to ounces). The PS-8's simple one-button operation and bright display make it the perfect scale for fast, repetitive weighing. The power-saving automatic shutoff feature can be disabled if necessary.
